2. Account Registration

- Provide accurate and updated information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for your account activity.
3. Points & Wallet Usage
- Points can be earned, redeemed, or transferred as per the platform’s policies.
- Points do not hold any cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Ensure your wallets (main, EDI, shopping) have sufficient balance before transactions.
4. Delivery & Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, are deducted from your main wallet.
- MaroPoints is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party providers.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- All purchases are final unless specified under our refund policy.
- Report disputes within 24 hours to our support team.
6. KYC Verification
- Completing KYC may be required to access certain features.
- Failure to comply with KYC requirements may lead to account suspension.
7. User Conduct
- Do not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
- Violation of terms can result in account suspension or legal action.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms anytime. Please review regularly; continued use after changes indicates your
acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability
MaroPoints is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.
