2. Refund Eligibility
- Plan Purchases: Users can request a refund for any plan purchase within 7
days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds will only be processed if the user raises a formal refund request through our support team
within this period.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Product Purchases: All product purchases are final. Maro Points does not offer any
refund, return, or exchange on product purchases made through the platform.
- Points, EDI purchases, and other wallet-based transactions are also non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@maropoints.com within 7
days of your plan purchase.
- Provide details such as your user ID, plan name, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
5. Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method or
credited back to the main wallet, as applicable.
- Maro Points reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
